Q. What are your core ministry values?

A. Lee emphasizes the following values in all of his work:

(a) Biblical integrity. The Bible is the ultimate authority in all teaching, preaching and ministry training.

(b) Christian character. Moral purity, humility, servanthood, and financial integrity are more important than spiritual anointing or personal charisma.

(c) Spiritual intimacy. Every Christian can develop a close relationship with Jesus Christ that is real and personal. This relationship is fanned into flame by prayer, discipleship and the supernatural work of the indwelling Holy Spirit.

(d) Missionary zeal. All Christians are called to make the kingdom of God their first priority. Believers should have compassion for all people who do not know Christ, and they should show their love through prayer, evangelism, and financial support of church planting projects around the world.

(e) Dependence on the Holy Spirit. God has called us to be filled with His Spirit and to rely on His supernatural power to accomplish His work. This means that believers should expect signs, wonders and miracles to accompany the preaching of the gospel.

(f) Gender equality. In the book of Genesis, God created male and female as equal reflections of His nature. He uses both men and women to fulfill the Great Commission.
